The winter of 2013 - 2014 is the worst I can personally remember.
Sub-zero temperatures, whipping winds, followed by what feels like snow every other day. The flakes are falling as I type.

Earlier in the week, as my car was stuck on ice, mid-hill, wheels spinning, I tried to remember the days I would wish & hope for snow.
Even the hint of snow meant snowmen, snowball fights, snow forts and most importantly SNOW DAYS!

Here's to a happier time where frozen fingers, a runny nose and snow in my pants was so much better than sitting in a warm & dry classroom all day.
